IT IS OUR PLEASURE TO OFFICIALLY ANNOUNCE THAT WE WILL HOST A RECREATIONAL ICE HOCKEY TOURNAMENT IN AN BRAND NEW ARENA IN THE AMAZING CITY OF ISTANBUL. ALL RECREATIONAL TEAMS AND INDIVIDUAL PLAYERS AROUND THE GLOBE ARE WELCOMED TO JOIN THIS TOURNAMENT!!

INTERNATIONAL ISTANBUL ICE HOCKEY AMATEUR CUP 2023

TOURNAMENT CITY:
Istanbul, a truly amazing city with an very interesting history. Playing an tournament there in their brand new ice arena will be great experience for everyone. There will also plenty of time to explore the city and the nightlife.

TOURNAMENT FORMAT:
- Recreational ice hockey teams from all over the world.
- Three different divisions: Open Rec 18+, Old Timers 35+ & Women 18+.
- It will be a non-checking tournament!!
- Guaranteed five tournament games with 2x 20 minutes.
- Ice preparation after every game.

TOURNAMENT PROGRAM:
Wednesday 13th September - Travel Day.
Thursday 14th September - First Tournament Day.
Friday 15th September - Second Tournament Day.
Saturday 16th September - Third Tournament Day & Tournament Party.
Sunday 17th September - Departure.

TOURNAMENT LOCATION: ARENA HOMEPAGE
The arena has two ice surfaces!! In the cafeteria we'll serve the lunch during the tournament days!!

TOURNAMENT HOTEL: HOTEL HOMEPAGE
The daily shuttle hotel-arena-hotel will be included in the fee!!

TOURNAMENT FEES:
450.- Euro per player or 350.- Euro per non-player
Included in this fee:
- Tournament organization (arena, referees, timekeepers, hotels, meals etc.).
- Guaranteed five tournament games with 2x 20 minutes.
- Two official league referees per game.
- Ice preparation after every game.
- Trophies for Ranking, Fair-Play, Best Players.
- Own locker room for all teams during the tournament.
- Storage room for the bags in the arena for all other days.
- Water for the games.
- Photographer for all tournament games.
- Four nights with breakfast in double occupancy.
- Daily shuttle hotel-arena-hotel during the tournament.
- Tournament Conclusion Party with a big BBQ and free beer at the hotel (Saturday evening).
- Three times lunch in the arena (Thursday, Friday and Saturday).
Notice: Single rooms on request and with an additional fee of 40.- Euro per night!!

TEAM REGISTRATION:
We need from every team a 1.500.- Euro deposit until end of February. On the base: "First Pay-First Play". The remaining money have to be paid until end of July.

INDIVIDUAL PLAYER REGISTRATION:
We need from every player a 150.- Euro deposit until end of February. On the base: "First Pay-First Play". The remaining money have to be paid until end of July.
